The video is a good one , firstly the guy thats gets out of his car to look , then gets covered. A near miss with the manhole cover! Then you spot someone else running along after ,through it all ..ewwwwww

I once knew a sewer engineer and he described what they call "fat plugs" which is where so much grease and fat had built up in the pipes that it had blocked them. Apparantly Chinatown/soho in London are the worst areas.
