Dando Killer may be Innocent...
The suspected killer of Jill Dando (many on here will know of her) is to be granted another appeal after questions have been raised over the evidence used to convict him:

I know the time and effort spent by the police investigating it isn't to be sniffed at, but then again mistakes do happen...

I think a lot of people have some large question marks about this case. Allegedly, JD's grave is specially lined to make future exhumations easier which suggests that they're at least prepared for further examination.
