Removing debit/bank account out of limited paypal account

I have a paypal account and it is limited for some strange reason from a ebay item which when well but they found it suspicious i dont know why, does anyone know any way i can remove my debit card so i can use it with my other account.

Someone mentioned to me that i can do it via online banking, anyone have any news on that also

just do it online yeah, under a heading ( on abbey) it lists all your debits, just cancel paypal, should only take a couple days

Also do you know once your bank account is fully confirmed the limitations will be removed?

I beleive you will still be liable in the event that they do a chargeback on your account, so I don't think PayPal will take your card details off their system even if you cancel the DD, they are only limiting your access because they are investigating something to do with your acc.
