Another student here!
Student-orientated is good, but I'm here reading hexus because of it's (comparitively) uncompromising quality. I'd hate to see that lessened in any themed articles! Hexus already thankfully does this more than most places, with it's bang4buck calculations. Articles focusing on low-cost solutions, and on the continuing use of old gear might be interesting, though, as would be evaluations of any student offers. Certainly all the shops get flooded in september with new student computer and laptop deals, it would be nice to know what's actually worth getting! To finish, a shoutout to the student computing societies around the country, especially my ol' gang at UWCS! ![]() |
