Hi,

I need a website built, and I could do it but I know somebody else could do it better and it can be paid for. I don't know whether I should be finding an individual here or taking a template from somewhere online but this is what it wants to do:

Header Bar with links
Easily addible to news (by admin)
User comments box (recent xx only)
YouTube video box
User uploadable picture box (loading random image) with user comments
Chart to load graph based on data entered into a spreadsheet every 20 mins on that day

I will need it done in 7-10 days.

Let me know if you do webdev stuff or have any recommendations.
