Yep its definetly Japanese.
I can sort of read bits of it (im trying to learn), and yes it definetly looks like a quick translation job of pasting the english text into a translator into japanese, its pretty obvious as you can tell by bits that dont make sense in japanese have just been left as english, and some parts arnt translated quite right. |
