    I heard on the news that 600 got out over night.

    EDIT: The article in the OP has been added to a lot by the BBC. Far more detail and far less scary than the initial reports.

    Looks to me like everyone will be fine. They are only trapped because the lift out of there broke. Also looks like it'll take appx 10 hours to get them all out.

    I read the original article, and there was some guy making a comment about it not looking too hopefull as there was a possibility they were suffocating down there....
