I would have thought he'd have been grateful for the exposure. If it wasn't for the Chuck Norris internet banter he'd have been relegated to "Whatever happened to" or "I'm an ex celebrity, get me a career" ages ago.
Has he done anything worthy of note recently? |

Isn't it the case though in America if you own a trademark or similar that you HAVE to sue, otherwise you loose the rights to sue later on against other people?
