My minions have been enforcing my galactic mandate and cooling it down. It can be sunny but it must be breezy at the same time. Otherwise, bleurgh.

Come on Zak, get with the program. The Globe is Warming. We keep being told that (though since it stopped doing as predicted, the clamour seems to have switched to "climate change"). Hadn't you noticed.

 /sob It was lovely yesterday...for about 2 hours. We managed a really nice walk in the local countryside, Zak Jr on my back in his KeltyKids carrier, but we just made it home before it went dark again.... Feel like we're being cheated again

What with global warming we will probably end up getting the summer around November!
Its horrid and cold round my way today also, wanted to get in the garden and start cutting back some of the overgrowth but that aint going to happen now.

The weather's great here again today. Just finishing off listening to a couple of podcasts then I'm heading out on the kayak again

You're right, Zak. It was lovely for a few days last week. Non-stop (daytime) and very hot sun for several days. Except Friday morning
. Which was when it managed to provide thick fog where I was ..... which was out on a Royal Marine landing craft off Poole (from the training wing at Lympstone). You could barely see 50 yards from the bow much of the time.
