    EA Customer Services - er...yeah

I've been "conversing" with EA Support over some issues I've been having after using their Download Manager.

Today I got the obligatory survey asking how things went. I start filling it in and it's all fairly mundane until 5hours into the endless torture I see the following piece of genius.

    D'oh.

    OMG! That's shocking.

You gave EA 7/10 for support!

    More then ten.

Besides, doesn't EA own the entire games industry now?

EA own most games... I'm beginning to HATE that intro of theirs...

"EA... challenge everything" as most games I load up have it in.

Luckily, one of my friends provided some relief with some older games, so I no longer scream and shout at my computer for repeating the same thing about 10 times a day...

Maybe they think that because they're so overpriced that no one will buy more than 10 of their games

Shockingly true.... sometimes I really wonder about the sanity of them. I mean.. it's not like anyone really LIKES to have irritating messages played at them.

I find the THQ one the best... skippable, and it's got no sound! Go them. Full marks for nicety!

actually, if they say "then" rather than "than", perhaps that do mean "on" rather than "in".. and all this time i thought they were just being nonsensical!

suddenly like them more - refreshingly honest
