It's telling me my account is not found

even though I had it set up already and it was working!
Any ideas? I tried re-registering it. Just told me Hexus account not found.

Hi all!
I'm having a similar problem - I have over 20 posts and it told me my account wasn't found when I tried to sign up fo the free postage..
I'm not actually ordering anything at the moment, but it would be nice to have it sorted now in case I need to order something in the future

One of the SCAN guys said there is a problem and has forwarded it to their web team
