Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?
Strange request in an open forum.if you don't agree please don't post
1. I think you are right.......there is nothing worse than seeing a pikey family pierce their young childrens ears.
2. On the other hand, at least they are branded scummy so we know for future reference.
EDIT: Zak beat me to it

so because you disagree with what he said, you're going to let little kids as young as like.. a few weeks have their ear pierced and go through the pain of it getting knocked all the time and maybe even get infected with the baby's very poor immune system?
totally agree.. it should be treat in the same way as a tattoo.
16 with parents
18 without.
Removed, my apologies

Yeah, because this is going to be the first petition to achieve anything in law and if it doesn't, well that's the fault of people disagreeing with it here?
I don't think infants should have their ears pierced, I think it's bad parenting if anything is.
But I don't think society should legislate against everything that might offend someone's sensibilities, particularly when it comes to parenting where we might outlaw pierced ears but leave 1000 other ways for ignorant and unfit parents to screw up their kids. Or should we just outlaw 99% of all the choices we might have made, just to be sure? When did all this clamouring "I don't like somefink so it should be banned" start anyway?

so long as you take proof that you're 16 and proof that they are actually your parent then it's perfectly legal.
well the way i took it was that he wasn't going to sign the petition cos he didn't like what was said at the end.
Oh god, how pathetic.
Lets start with male and female circumcision in the UK before heading down something as utterly pointless as ear piercing.
