    Moving house friday

OMG - how much crap can 3 people accumulate over 4 years. And we are moving to a house which aint bigger than the flat we got now. Ouch!

So loads of trips there and back in next couple days. And no TV or internet for a while - however will i cope. Hi-velocity still not telling me its all done

On the plus side new house means we get a kitten. Always used to have a cat, so after 4 years in a flat with no cat i can't wait.

I shall report progress whenever Hi-velocity get off their arses.

good luck with the move fella... and aww at the kitten.. they're so much fun until they turn into creaky old smelly pieces of fluff, and then they just sit around eating and sleeping.

Still cute tho (well mine are after 14 years anyway )

moving house at the start of june, cant wait to get out of here at last. Living with my parent just isnt working anymore. She's fine most of the time, but i'm sick of her coming home in a disgusting mood every night. SO we're off to look at a flat a week tomorrow and hopefully it'll be perfect and we move in in june.

    horrah for moving house!

Must be the season for it. Im starting the same process to move 150 miles. Too much stuff gathered in the last 3 years. Will take longer to sort and throw away crap than actually pack I think. Doh.

All moved. House filled with boxes...

On the plus side already had a couple of barbeques for dinner - and the weather's been ace.

On the minus side - adsl not sorted yet and tv won't receive c4 (go s4c here) and c5, so i am oredering a freeview box now, but what to choose...

Apparently ADSL should be on tomorrow morning, gonna get account info today. Just the freeview box then. Any suggestions?

I've identified so far that i want 2 scart sockets and a pass through for the aerial. Am not sure about the exact make though - and they dont often mention dimensions either Decisions, decisions.

    Hehe. This brings back memories.

Since then I've moved to a house of my own (and am still with fine people of Hi-Velocity for my Hexus browsing needs).

And I got a cat of my own now too (although the aforementioned kitten is doing fine, part from not being a kitten any more (big cat now) and being a bit lonely as parents on holiday - visiting him tomorrow to keep him company for a few hours).

    My other cat is here:
