    Last day of school

    Hi guys

I know I'm not the only young'en on here, so who else has just finished school? yesterday was my birthday (16) and today was the last day...so many tears by all the lasses, quite a few comforting hugs needed etc

May sound stupid but I am really gonna miss it even though i hate the work side of it, the social side of school is something that is never goin to be replicated ever again

oh well, all good things come to an end.

I promise you it does happen again.....work colleagues can mean as much....but right now, you're at the point where its gonna feel "alien" having left.

One of lifes biggest umbrella's has just closed....the world is gonna be a bit harsher from now on....

and its gonna get better too.......much better.

I hated leaving school, and that was....a fair time ago....but the last few months did my head in...the temptation to stand up and walk out of the bad classes, and assemblies that I disagreed with so much I was sorely tempted to leave.....I hated it....

and then it was gone....and to start...it was an empty feeling...

Then Deckard and me had a few beers and it got better

Oh I was so glad when I finished school (Yes Elmo it was around May). It was an end to all the retards and low-lifes intent on making everyone's life a misery. Sixth Form has none of that. Nice adult, relaxed yet hard working atmosphere

what you doing next, i personally recomend staying in education, or doing a modern aprentership, i know it might seem like a s*** way to spend the next 2-4 years of your life, but in 5 or 6 when you got a better job then all your mates who work in factories three times as hard as u for half the money, you'll see why it was worth it.

I know!! I see the odd "retard" when I'm out and about and we say hi to each other... It's like the summer after the GCSEs caused everyone to grow up ... It's strange!!

Funny how you leave school finally getting rid of those tards that like to ruin lessons and annoy the hell out of everyone, always ripping people and then you go to sixth form where its full of decent people and then they decide to say "hi" when you pass them on the street, even though they have never said anything but "dickhead" in the past five years.

Thats their guilt and conscience kicking in as they realise that although you might not have been 'kool' for the last 5 years or had the latest 'nike shoks' thats just about the biggest highlight they can look forward to.

Ohhh i'm looking forward to Uni next year. Still i gotta go through the whole A2 thing yet goddamit.

thats one thing that seems to be different about my school! As it is a grammar school (a rare breed nowadays) and you have to pass an exam to get in, there aren't any dickheads in my year....i get along with absolutely everyone...which makes it all the worse. Also, 99% of the people are staying on at the sixth form and I am one of the minority going onto college.

I am goin to be studying Chemistry, Physics, Electronics and Photography. Might as well ask, anyone here from South Trafford College in Sale, Manchester? If so I might see you about next year

Yea i do have to go back for exams my first being on the 24th of may and the last on the 16th of June....then I get to look forward to a summer of work to afford the camera I'm savin up for so i can do the photography A level (Nikon D70 dSLR if anyone is interested )

So many people I am goin to miss, yet I'm quite excited about the new courses and the freedom assosciated with College, along with meeting new people from different ways of life than that I am used to!

Good luck in your exams everybody, I know I'll need it

... its strange how P1 seems quite easy now.. i did P2/P3/M2 mocks.. got 76% in P2 which isnt too bad (only a B, but still not bad).. then got 29% in P3 (i maybe an E? something godawful) and we did M2 today, which wasnt too good at all...

    anyhow best of luck buddy
