    Now thats the way to deal with stuff. Yeah, it is a copy of the JD logo but the way the letter is worded and the offer of assistance to sort a new cover is simply awesome.

    Why cant all this patent crap etc be dealt with in a similar manner. Better for the manufacturers and customers alike.
