Hmm, I know that I am getting old because I find myself telling myself "I refuse too grow old", and make a conscious effort not to "lose" to the young'uns. That is to say that I still push myself in new physical activities, and though I can't touch anyone really dedicated at their peak, I can old my own against more casual youths. I wonder if being surrounded by people quite a lot younger than myself means that I do not grow old (up?) as fast. People I meet for the first time think I am almost a decade younger than I am, and whenever I have a reunion with friends after a long time (couple of years), most comment on how little my appearance has changed. That said there are I have noticed little signs of aging and the one that bugs me the most is that I feel that I am more forgetful than I used to. Like forgetting where I left my pendrive, or relying on a to-do-list when things get busy. It scares me to be honest. But stuff like bungee jumps, I am still totally into it

Surely the benefit of getting older is that you can manoeuvre the youngsters into carpe-ing any diems and sit back to seize the credit with a nice cup of tea
