If this is a VERY recent photo, I would guess by the American bond on the brickwork - America, and with grass showing early signs of spring growth - East Coast around say Jacksonville.
It does look like east Coast American

As for the car in the second picture at a guess I'd say Buick or maybe a Pontiac, something like a Catalina from the seventies... Oddly, I feel like I recognise the second location more than the first. More bells are ringing at any rate. Although that could be down to the hand rails and layout being fairly generic.
