Eye of the Tiger, what else?
F is for - with a symphony orchestra -
The whole of this song is kinda quiet but I think there's still plenty of guitar to justify listing it.
I should probably post something from my own generation at some point... trouble is we kinda lack guitar now. Think I have an idea for I though, unless anyone has anything particularly impressive for it.
Guess i'll post again to keep the thread going, seems were getting stuck on a few letters this time round, I suspect that's going to pick up around the middle though. Still trying to work the band I like in somehow too, we'll see how that goes.
I was stuck choosing between this or Skillet's Hero, but I think the guitar riff is much nicer in this song. Hero feels a bit too heavy.
Multi-post incoming. Too many good songs with the letter I to list just 1.
The original version. I is for I'll see the Light Tonight
(skip ahead to 4:01 - the video tag doesn't properly show a time stamp jump. sorry)
I is for I would love to
Don't be shy - add on to the list. More I's? We'll watch.
Here's an I from the band I've been meaning to plug. I don't think its necessarily their best guitar track, but its one of the stronger tracks overall, though it might be a bit heavy compared to the rest of the stuff in this thread. Its hard finding good guitar music from my generation, but I don't wanna just be posting old iconic stuff that everyone has already heard anyway.
Note: He's actually saying "Fall" at the start, not that you can tell.
I was also considering Led Zeppelin - Immigrant Song for I until I listened back and realised its the same few notes over and over with an occasional bar shift.

a song that falls under guitar, party, good time summer songs... quite possibly the ultimate American Party band...
L - Light With No Shadow (Jason Truby)
