Fine - Vapour of distilled water and vegetable glycerine. There are small traces of propylene glycol and aqueous glycerine, but if you can detect those from such a distance, you have keener olfactory senses than my dog!
Anything else is just your imagination and pre-conditioned reaction to an actual cigarette.

So can most people - It's pretty obvious from the green or blue LED and clouds of fragrant vapour!
