Gift Idea for my gf

Hello. I’d like to get great gifts for my gf. Here is the list of things I’d like to do.
-Photo album
-A box of assorted chocolates
-The gold dipped rose(I prefer this everlasting rose instead of real rose)
- Rent her favorite movie, make some popcorn and spend the day with her.
what do you guys think, would you be happy if you got these gifts for your 23rth birthday?
Or do u get more great idea?

May sound rude...but we aren't you or your girlfriend and we dont know what she likes, so its kind of hard for us to pass comment / recommend something..

Not knowing how long you've been together or how serious your relationship is, or as noted above, anything about your gf it is hard to say. Also we don't know how much you're prepared to spend on her either.

My gut feeling is get either the photo album or gold rose, rent a video and spend the day with her, pamper her and do all you can to let her know how important she is to you. At the end of the day give her a box of chocolates as a final gift, but the entire day should be filled with little tokens, ie buying her lunch, dinner, the film or better still cinema or maybe even theatre etc..

That said, if you've been together long enough you should know what things are important to her, she might think that her friends are equally important and therefore like to have them around her for part of her birthday celebrations, in which case arrange for a night at her favourite watering hole and plan the day so that you get some time to pamper her before then.

Other ideas to consider are things like a spa day, get a home visit from a beauty specialist or masseuse, get her some clothes vouchers for her favourite boutique and then take her clothes shopping so that she will have something to wear for whatever you plan for that evening.

You could also get her jewellery, if the relationship is not serious enough for diamonds you could get something with crystals instead.

Just use your imagination, let her see what she means to you and that you have put some thought into making her day special.

I can see why you might think that, just checked and the OP only has one post, a tech forum seems to be one of the strangest places I can think of for seeking relationship advice, what next? Posting on Piston heads for recipe ideas?

I should have qualified that by adding as a first post, even on here we have had members posting about personal issues, but usually once they have established a presence on the boards and got to know some of the other members. To me it seems odd that someone would post on a tech forum with questions that deal with matters such as this without having made any friends on here first.
