Photo Editing Skills needed, please help

Hi all

My mate came onto this forum to ask if someone could help photoshop his face onto a picture of a dictator with his army behind him and it looked incredible, so good in fact you had to take a second look to realise it was actually him. He did this as a wedding gift to himself to irritate his bride to be haha. Needless to say, there are some very talented photo editors on here (or you know of one?). I'm wondering if I could solicit the help of someone with such skill???... The same chap has some horrifying DIY stories which include putting two holes in the ceiling of his family home (two because the first was in the wrong place HAHA). Well now he is expecting a little dictator baby with his lovely wife and I have a picture of the scan... I was hoping someone could professionally photoshop onto the scan a builders helmet and something in its hand, maybe a drill or hammer?

I'm not sure how hard it will be but I'm hoping the helmet and hammer/drill would take on the same colours and textures so it literally looks like the scan shoes a baby about to sort out some shelves haha.

If you could let me know the best way to get the pic to you (if on here or email?) and help me out that would be AMAZING! It's going to be so funny presenting this to them, especially seeing the look on the wife's face hahaha.

So sorry about the late reply I had managed to delete the photo so I had to message my mate to get him to send another and he took ages. It is saying that I need to have a minimum of 5 posts before it will let me post a URL. Any other ideas for sharing the photo? I can't believe I waited to get the pic only to find this out.
