I think that goes for most of his policies so far, or at least most of the executive orders he's been signing, someone summed it up nicely for me when they said it's like a kid writing out a Christmas list, while he may want the things on the list if his parents (congress) refuse to pay for them they'll remain wishes.

I was thinking more like the kid with the new cheque book, who doesn't realise that sooner or later they will turn up to be cashed...

It's important to note that although a personality disorder might be within the mind, it can not be used to plead insanity in a criminal trial. This is why they are personality disorders and not mental disorders. The difference is between taking advantage of someone who's a rather than someone who is mentally unfit.

The law may treat them that way, but from a scientific standpoint there is still quite a debate as to whether or not that is the case.

Interesting thought:

Either Trump has Narcissistic personality disorder or he scores extremely high on the Narcissistic spectrum.

Any group that wants rid of him needs to realise this and take advantage. He will react predictably to a variety of situations and cannot help reacting the way he does. Just look at his reactions to any criticism. Look at how he has behaved about his inauguration crowd.

This is what worries me the most... the people he is dealing with are significantly smarter than he is, in a way that is completely and utterly invisible to people like him.

It is however the best scenario in which to figure out how to modify "democracy" to be suitable to the age in which idiots without money can vote... Never in its existence has the idea had to deal with a revolting public that actually knows that they have the power to change the world. We are in a period of civil war, war with ourselves and the "rule by law" principle everyone copied from the Romans. The Greeks may be the last ones laughing after the mess that will be the next 100 years.
