    Well done m8

I use to weigh just over 20 stone about 4 years ago and had been fat all of my life (through none but my own fault) I joined a gym and started going to WW and although it took me 11 months I lost just over 7 stone and after you have lost the weight you really do feel a million times better. I kept some of my old cloths for a laugh and just to show to anybody who never belives me, I used to be a 48" waist I am now a 34/36 which I am very happy with.

    Congratulations Bobby!
Mind me asking how you did it? Anything in particular or just good eating and exercising?
I'm dieting at the mo, but can't afford to actually join the gym , just been doing free trials

Again, a great achievement and i'm sure you don't need me to say you should be proud

Well done! I lost a couple of stone bout 6 months ago but now I've been put on a course of steroids which makes you pile all the weight back on. Comming off them soon and should hopefully lose it again.

Nice mate, im actually trying to lose about 3 stone, any tips as ive never really been fat but put it on over the last year due to lack of exercise etc. I always find it brilliant when ppl lose wait and get more confident as they feel alot better with themselves, and i see its payed of as youve now got a lovely lady if i say so myself .

"ph000000000r!" is all i gotta say on that! - well done i find it so difficult to keep my weight stable and at a weight i'm happy with, but being female it all comes with the package, fluctuating weight and up to 1/2 stone in boobies sux really, it does!
