has anyone had any dealings with ebuyer when returning a faulty item???

just i think my mobo has died and just wandering what there returns service is like

there not bad, u can blag a few free deliveries off them if they wont pay for your return postage

sent about 4 things back, and had zero issues.
Just make sure its packed well
