Tea.
How many cups of tea do you lot drink in an average day? Personally, I couldn't live without tea; I can only make the jump from 'just woke up, don't speak to me' to a normal 'I'm awake' state after my morning cuppa.
Don't mind if I eat cereal or toast, or not have breakfast at all, or how much sleep I've had (within reason) or whatever - just give me a cup of tea. ![]() So yes, how much do you drink? And if you don't drink tea - why not? Its good for you, super special tasty, and if you don't drink tea, whats the point of biscuits? I probably drink a cup an hour or so, if I'm at home. No sugar (Its not fizzy pop, I don't want it to taste like Rola Cola), just as God intended. |

Yeah I like tea in the morning and evening. And it has got excellent anti-cancer properties too! Coffee however carries no advantages whatsoever. Tea is the equivilent of wine in more than one way.

Tea is not an old mans drink. Its just an englishmans drink
![]() Tea is a diarrhetic (sp??) and as such actually can lead to less liquid being taken up by your body (i.e. you pee more - actually wii more ). Too much tea can also cause bladder stones I think.Tea also has more caffiene in it than coffee and so its fairly addictive and you shouldn't really have more than 3cups a day

Lets see, a cup in the morning when I get up, a cup when I get to work, a cup about 11ish, another cup at lunch time in town, then one in the afternoon, one with my dinner after work and then maybe about 3 - 5 more before bed time.
I like my tea just a bit Like my tea like treacle basically very little milk and no sugar, already sweet enough xD

If I drink more than one cup of tea a day I get what I call 'Tea Belly' where it starts to give me stomach ache
![]() I do actually quite like it though (the taste of tea, not the aching )I usually have a flavoured (caramel / vanilla / hazelnut) decaff latte, which quite possibly is the gayest hot beverage in the world.
