Ebay - best time to sell?

Is there a best time or day to sell on ebay, so that you get the maximum amount of bids? I am trying to sell a nokia 6111, jus wondering really

i suppose between eastenders finish time and big brother start time? i normally aim for 8pm

End time of about 7pm-ish I guess.

Try to avoid it ending on holidays too.

I always go for 9pm Sunday.

it depends very much on what the item is. for me, some stuff goes better monday or tuesday morning, and wont sell at weekend at all, and some stuff goes best in the evening. weekends seem to be best for buy it now impulse buying.

I normally end at 6 or 7 on sunday.

Statistically, 7pm on a Monday has been shown to drawn the best final price.... Not sure why...

I stick my stuff on a Sunday about 8pm'ish and on for 10 days.

The theory behind that is you get 2 Sundays most people surf of a weekend when they are not working, 8pm is when most kids have gone to bed and people have time surf. 10 days for maximum exposure.

well its a mobile phone - nokia 6111 pink. what time and day u suggest i should end?

I always aim for sunday evening before top gear if i can tbh usually yields good results althoughthe stuff I sell is usually a bit less pink and a bit more blokey

So long as its well listed and up for a minimum of seven days it'll most probably sell no matter when the auction ends especially now that the average person has broadband both at work and at home.

Always after 6, but before 10, people come in from work, but dont go to bed.

Also not a good idea to end on a Fri or Sat night I've found, as people are usually lashed, or about to get lashed down the pub
