Penguins and Drinking
Ok people,
A friend recently introduced me to this, and well I cannot believe it works and it tastes so good. You know the humble penguin biscuit? Available dirt cheap at most supermarkets. Well have you tried this? (Can be used in Hot Choc, Tea and Coffee, Though as I only drink Hot Chocolate I can only comment on that). Well anyway make yourself a nice hot drink and get some penguins ready ![]() Now for the drinking, take the penguin, and nibble a bit off a corner, and then nibble off the opposite corner (diagonally) on the other end of the penguin like so... ===***************************** ==*..................................................* =*....................................................* *....................................................* *..................................................* ***************************** (where ... is the penguin, * is the edge of the penguin and = empty space) hope thats clear Now hold the biscuit in the most comfortable way I prefer two hands to get a perfect grip so I don't lose it, and then submerge the one end of the biscuit in the drink and then form a tight seal around the other and suck until you feel moisture (your drink) coming through. Now the centre of the penguin should now be moist and melted, and very very tasty! Let me know how you get on And any comments!I must warn you however that this is a very quick way to eat penguins so be careful especially as each penguin as 6.6g of fat and 125kcal But ENJOY!!!! Ian PS. How many people knew of this before hand? My mate told me that quite a few people he knows how to do it, however I have never heard anything mentioned to me! ![]() Mac fancier > white macbook base spec .................. CS: muddyfirebang

This was on Graham Norton years ago, when he was on C4 lat at night.
It was an Australian that showed him, can't remember which one, could have been Natalie Imbruglia (spelling?) but i can't remember exactly. have to admit, i've never tried it, but does sound good

You wanna know what i think is funny?
The thought of the people who invented fire. I mean imagine. A big ass flame and then these random ppl who probably cant even talk just like apes!Think stone age flintstones thingy. But i mean they dont know what it is! And they are curious so i dunno maybe one jumps into it? Got his ass well burnt. Then another will maybe try to eat it or something? thats gotta hurt too. And another does who knows what to it! MY POINT IS. There must of been alot of trial and error lol. I mean you never really think of things like that lol but there must has been some awful dopey things done with it at first! And what about toast? Who came up with the idea to burn bread and put butter on it? Prob the same guy who thought it would be great to drink the white stuff from a cow. Maybe his wife didnt love him....... Neon

Twix's are the best - esp the Mega long ones.
Nibble the chocolate of each end and then suck for Britain. It does take a few seconds to work, and then there's the rush to either finish the drink before it all falls apart, or to get the warm caramel before it falls into your brew.

Tim Tams are really good - very similar to Penguins, but much tastier. I also used to drink things through Cadbury's Spira bars - doesn't last long for hot drinks mind, but was good for a thin Crisha-like milkshake.

I remember seeing it with Natalie Imbruglia, and its awesome.
You can also pick up Tim Tams in Tesco. They're nicer than Penguins, and also hold together a bit better when sucking your brew through them
