    I don't think it was the actual guy who did it who posted.

    I've seen it posted on tons of forums.. claiming it to be a friend, or a friend of a friend, etc.

    lol!!! After reading ALL about that i cnt believe he didn't wipe the PC before sending it away lol!! And after getting into soo much trouble with the police he goes and strokes someone else by selling them a laptop and not sending it? This guy needs banned, it's what gives Ebay a bad name!!! Glad to see the 'Ebay Avenger' getting some revenge to all our amusement

    Well he did buy the laptop, which included the hard drive so everything on it, that would mean he is legally the owner of them pictures and can do as he wishes with them?
