Cyprus

Hi everyone

I'm thinking of going to Cyprus in the end of the summer, will be nice to get to Uni for the first time and looking all tanned . Well, I was thinking of getting a last minute flight out there because they are very cheap, if not including hotel, but just the flight. And hopefully in the end of the summer the prices are going to be even lower because the season is almost over.

But my question was if there is anyone here who have been there before that knows a good hotel? Preferably quite cheap...but clean/good. I was in Cyprus when I was 12 with my grandmother although that time we had flight and hotel in one, but then the price was much higher. And since I'm thinking of going there with the money I got when I graduated..I got a limit that is lower than when I went with her.

Although I can't really remember the name of the place we were at, but I'm gonna find out...[edit: the name of the place was: Fig Tree Bay, near Agia Napa]
But if anyone got any suggestions I'll be glad

I take it you're staying south?? I have a friend in northern cypress (turkish) i'm thinking of visiting this year. Will ask, but not sure if how quick I'll get an answer.

Interested to hear if anyone else has experience there. ;-)

Yeah, quite south indeed...haven't been on the turkish side .
Thank you, it means a lot, but I guess I will stay quite near fig tree bay again...I'll post a link to the map so you can see where it is
