    Angry Paypal sucks!

I need to put some money in my paypal account, from my bank account, so i click :

    add funds,
it says i need to add some bank details,
i go to add my bank details,
it then says, you've already added these, so can't add them!
then i try add funds, it says i need to add my bank details !!!

    GRRRR what a rubbish service!!!

I had the same problem until I realised you can do it straight from your credit card...

The problem is I want to refund someone, and then they'll get the paypal fees refunded too... BUT it won't let me transfer the money from my bank account to paypal in order to refund the money (as i don't have enough in there to refund it at the moment) - So i'll have to send the money to the chap from my credit card , but then get charged extra paypal fees...

    It does cost.

It doesn't cost the sender, but the reciever loses 3.3% + 20p of the recieved amount.

    NS

You don't have to be 18 to use Paypal. Only Ebay.

I thought you were Ok to use eBay below 18. As I don't remember that when I joined up....
And if you dont use a free email like Hotmail then you don't need a card to sign up.

Ebay has a new policy where you must be over 18.

As for paypal - why not just do a balance transfer using online banking? Cut paypal out altogether! You'll need the sort code, account name and stuff of the recipient. Your online banking facility will list what you need more specifically.

I've got a fairly decent ebay rating (Well, 13, but all positive)...
    I'm only 15.
