(Female) Ref Gives Goal Scored By Ball Boy.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...up/default.stm

Video link of the right hand side of the page. (Ball Boy Scores Goal In Brazil)

Footy match in Brazil, after the attacking team miss with their shot, the ball boy standing behind the goal kicks the ball in the net, the ref talks to the linesman for a bit, then awards the goal.

    Great stuff.

I'd bet this is associated with some sort of gambling/fixing/fradulant scheme.

I like the way there's an epic replay at the end with the Brazillian referee going "GOOOAAALL!" and watching the ballboy slowly hit the ball just past the line with absolutely no excitement.

i saw this on ch4 news this evening and one viewer emailed in sayin that the ball did go in, it just came out of a hole in the net and the ballboy was showing what happened.
Hmmm i'm not to sure that tbh as the video was abit dodgy and difficult to tell.
