Well, I did, cos that's what time the airport transfer was, leaving it much later and we'd have hit the roadworks all around Heathrow
![]() Made it down in just over 2 hours, my driver was most impressed

Hmm, fair. I guess long haul flights demand a bit more time, when I went to Ireland we got there a couple of hours too early, and really didn't need to, lol

2.5/3 hour check-in too on any NA headed flights as well, although judging by the size of some of the bags people are carrying on, it seems that security aren't too bothered about the size of the bags at the moment, which helps..
There's still muppets turning up at the airport with liquids etc in their hand-luggage, which is actually fairly amusing to watch them having to do an impromptu re-pack in the middle of the airport ![]() Blimmin nubs, it's not like it's a new ruling lol, oh well, only just over an hour until I can board the plane and get some kip ![]() Currently at 27 hours with no sleep lol

Airports are horrible places, almost as bad as hospitals... Are you paying through the nose for the WiFi there?

Yeah, it was £6 for an hour, or £10 for as long as I'm here.. easy decision - I did look for an open network, but no dice lol
![]() North Suffolk - Normally it's anywhere from a 4 to 8 hour drive depending on traffic etc
