    Looks great; it's about time the story of Thermopylae got a modern update; there was a previous celluloid outing in 1962, but it didn't really get the works in terms of budget. Still very worth seeing, though. And "Go tell the Spartans that we stand here, obedient to their will" is still one of THE greatest lines ever.

    Why would they use a scene from another film in this film?

    Sure it's the same scene? Looks like the whole 'family on the farm' concept from Gladiator, but that kid in the shot looks like the same kid with fists up later in the trailer, and I don't remember that exact shot from Gladiator.
