    You seriously don't get it.

'Rummaging through all that crap' is the whole point. That's what you're studying to do. The object is not to get the '7 sentences', it's to learn how to get them so you can use the same skill later on on a completely different case.

charleski, you've succinctly stated exactly what my wife (who's a principal lecturer in law and criminology) would say. This is a brilliant case from your point of view, Noni - you have two law lords dissenting from the majority verdict and providing a case list of authorities to argue from, in addition to any arguments that you yourself might adduce, all in one reference, and you can't be bothered? To read ONE law report? Well, why on earth are you doing law then? Seriously, the English legal system is so heavily predicated upon the authority of prior judgements that if you don't make the effort to read and understand them, then you will fail. Read the damn case. And whether it's convenient or not, that's the best help you're going to get.

Ok, for one what the hell is going on here?

Ive just written a Law Essay and now on top of that I have to do this, all I wanted was a few sentences or a link that I could find usefull. Its only for a breif argument tommorow which I would like to take part in.

Im sorry if I find playing footie more fun than reading through all that crap, but after doin a law essay and some other art work I really want to do something else.

If I re-phrased the title would you lot have re-acted differently?

    sheesh
