    PHP Admin advice

I've been setting up a fair few websites lately, but I need a way for the users to update their sites - most of them can't use HTML.

I'd like a simple PHP database tool, preferably with a WYSIWYG text editor.
Nothing fancy, just text in a box. To edit text on the site only.

I coded one myself, but my PHP isn't all that, it works, but it's add/delete only (no edit) and no wysiwyg text editor.

Anyone help here? The CMS programs are too big, and complex for what I need and snippetmaster would be perfect but I don't really want to chuck cash away!

Nope. No joy, that's a desktop prog.
    I wanted it coded.

Basically I make sites for people, I want them to be able to update them, safely and easily.

    That's it

you'd be surprised at the extent to which an off-the-shelf blog or wiki CMS can be adapted & changed to suit different needs.
