Started playing with mine again. I have 8600 something so far. I know from past threads that loads of people here have got them so what are your best scores?

    12,035 is my highest score.

I too got mine out the other day and retried it. I only got to 7000 and was knackered

Power ball slowly comes alive with gyroscopic force - a sublime yet pleasant resistance to your movement which is transmitted directly into your wrist and arms and which provides soothing, non impact rehabilitation at these lower speeds.

I've lost all the strings used to get this started so by the time I've ran it down my leg or across the floor to get it to the starting RPM I'm usually 1/2 out of breath already.

These are fun though, esp after a few beers. My housemate thought it was rubbish till he had a go and then for 3 weeks it was a contest daily to get the highest score.

LOL you can start it with virtually any piece of thin wire (with the insulation on of course, not bare copper) I start it with my thumb, takes a bit of pratice but you'll get it eventually. My max is 11000ish
