    NTL/Virgin mobile offer question.

NTL are doing an offer where you get a contract simcard for £10 a month with 300 anytime minutes and 300 texts, but you have to use your own phone.

I have a Samsung D500 that is on Tesco pay-as-you-go, and i was wondering if Virgin mobile can unlock my phone, or do i have to take it down to the dodgy market and get it "done"? Im not much of a phone nerd, so any help would be appreciated

    Cheers!

The offer that I got was a mailshot not on the website.
I haven't actually taken up there offer yet (I have a special deal with O2 that's broadly similar) but iirc it was a Lobster 75.

    Ok thanks

Rang them earlier, they are out of stock of the lobster and could only offer a nokia 1112 and advised me to ring back in 2 weeks when they are back in stock.
