Last few minutes he says closed Beta in the next few weeks (from 6th June...), open beta a few weeks after that....then the full release within the year.

I have managed to get my grubbie little mits on a spare BETA key, anyone who fancies it & is willing to join me in NC ( ) I am happy to give it away! This will enable you to get into one of the last waves of closed beta in aprox 2-3 weeks according to the SOE developers.

Would rather it went to long serving member/of good standing on Hexus of course!

If you have ever subbed to Planetside (ever paid for a sub), go and sign yourself up to BETA via your original account and you will be in the next wave of beta within 1-2 weeks. We get priority over this Twitter key I have!


Check your SOE account, and if under your games list it has a record of your PS1 account then you will be good to sign up to BETA and get in same time as me! If not then the Key is yours

edit: if you got the 30 days free playtime via email then it also confirms you are a 'vet' and get in at the next BETA wave.

Do you still have your old Sony Station account that you played Planetside 1 on? If you do, you have priority access like all other PS1 vets, for the next round of beta invites in the next week or so.
Thats why I'm waiting for at the moment.
Just make sure you register for beta on www.planetside2.com using your old Station account

We're currently reforming my old outfit - The Myriad Apocalypse Project for Planetside 2. Formed on the 24th of May, 2003 so one of the oldest and original outfits on the Vanu side of Werner.

We had 2 CR5's in the first 20 and also formed the Vanu Alliance. A lot of history there and its proving great at pulling the old members back in.

Got about 12 of the original outfit back so far. With another 15 or so we've met in other games between PS1 and now. Almost up to a Platoon before launch which is pretty awesome
