    9800 Pro Ultimate worth it?

I've been to a little (though not extensive) shopping around and have the following question:

Sapphire 9800 Pro Ultimate - Is it really worth £35-50 more than the non-ultimate?

For me quiet is good but it that the only gain as vfm is also a big factor?

In addition the Sapphre site does not state where the heat-pipe sticks out over the back of the card. I'm worried about interference with my mem slots, should I be?

the ultimate really meanns the new black zalman heat-pipe hs with the attachable zalman fan thats all youre really paying for of course itll help keep the card a bit cooler
alot quieter but i dont think its worth the extra cash
get a normal rad 9800 pro and put a arctic cooler on it for the extra £10

dont get it. Ive used a zalman ooler on my 9700 and even with a fan it wasnt very good... also it takes a lot of space. It doesnt really disipate any heat, it just stores it...
Id recommend an artictic cooler thing (about £10) and a normal sapphire 9800pro. most people say this is the best aircooling (i watercool so havent tryed it..) and most cards seem to o/c well on it - 425-470 are what most 9800xxx users are getting.
