Currently got a single EVGA GTX 780 SC, toying with the idea of maybe going SLi or upgrading to the Ti version?
Any suggestions, benchmarks etc?

You're wasting your money, with a 1080p monitor in particular you shouldn't be struggling for anything with a single 780. If you absolutely have to spend the money, then 780 SLI > 780 Ti.
If those specs in your profile are correct then you should definitely be getting a solid 60fps in BF4.
Most sources say that a single more powerful card is better than two less powerful cards, because SLI doesn't scale perfectly in all cases, some games take a while before they are optimised for two cards as well.
tried overclocking your 3770k?
go for single GPU . How much better performance you update to your Graphic card . the games are not programmed to use them. beside you can save money,heat, electricity ,size and everything without losing anything. just use single GPU . Always be a green IT guy
if(lifeGivesYou == lemons){
makeLemonade()
}
Single GPU. The benefits of multiple GPUs are only realized greatly when you have two mid/low end cards and want better performance from them without having to pledge your house. A 780 Ti should more than happily crush 1080p at 60fps provided your other components aren't creating a bottleneck.
I would go for a single GPU
Save some money for your next CPU upgrade (you also already have an SSD and decent RAM but it will be good to spend on them too)
As I said in the other thread, the problem is that if you've literally maxed everything then you're not going to get 60fps in BF4. You're basically rendering at 4k, then sampling down. Check out the benchmarks here:

About halfway down you have max quality 4X MSAA, & 200% scaling. 780 SLI has a peak FPS of 35 at those settings. You literally will not be able to tell the difference by turning that flag off or dropping to 2X MSAA. By all means if you've got the cash spend it, but is it worth £600 just to get slightly fewer jaggies (that you probably won't notice anyway).
Also, you'd be a fool to buy before you've seen what the mantle patch does for performance. Even if it only provides a 10% boost, crossfired 290s will make a lot more sense.
Man this BF4 vauses a lot of trouble, that's for sure.
This just sounds odd to me. My GTX 670 performs so well with BF4 on max. I'm really surprised you are having any problems at all with that card. Why in your specs is your ram listed at 667MHz?
667Mhz x 3 (DDR3) = 1866Mhz me guess.
Otherwise single GPU > SLi but if you already have a 780, would be cheaper for you to buy a second (unless you can sell your current, in that case 780 Ti).
I'd say just run without the AA then. It's no secret that BF4 is very buggy, and not really optimized yet. Just make sure your drivers are up to date, keep an eye out for any new patches for the game. PC gaming is in a bit of flux right now with all the new products/technology/games, so it's going to take a while for things to settle down.
