Thanks to your feedback, we've successfully resolved random crashes or hangs, or the intermittent black screen (BSOD) on reboot after installing Catalyst 14.9 Driver. These issues were thankfully not encountered by everyone, but certain combinations of hardware/software made some people unlucky victims. Thanks to our cooperation, though, we were able to resolve the problems in just seven days. We truly appreciate your detailed feedback, your patience, and your willingness to help.

Hi everyone, new here.

Indeed I kept getting ccc crashes upon logging in to windows (one of the the startup items called from registry) with the 14.9 and can confirm that the 14.9.1 beta has resolved this problem for me.

Nice work on the speedy release of a fix, keep it up!

Anyone have problems with and graphics cards and Panasonic plasmas? Haven't updated to 14.9 yet but have had problems on startup with previous drivers that I don't have with my nvidia laptop

Try the latest 14.9.1 drivers. Let me know if you have any problems installing them.
