Bad Asus Strix 980? Random artifacts in Far Cry 4.

I can see no other reason why he would refuse to patch it to the latest version and blames the card instead.

Perhaps it will be like another recent thread, where the OP's OP began with something along the lines of, "I RMA'd this less than 24 hours ago and have not received a reply, so am therefore entitled to *at least* a free upgrade to the next tier of product above as a gesture of good faith"...

I think its related to card. I have seen many user movies on youtube with Far Cry 4 gameplay and almost nobody with reference clocked Gtx 970\980 got the same occasionally flickering like me.
Only cards with factory OC have occasionally flickering in that game.
So take i look, i have almost the same flickering like here:

Look second 0:24 ( that fast flicker line ).
Also this is my second Asus Strix 980 with the same problem.
I am thinking that Strixs are just too much OC'ed for Far Cry 4. Or this game dont like any OC.

That video was published on 20th November 2014, 6 days after Far Cry 4 was released and the Far Cry 4 Patch 1.6 was released on the 24th December 2014, so all that video proves is another un-patched version of the game exhibits the same issues as your un-patched version of the game. Also, the video you posted on this page is the same video you posted on the previous page, posting the same out of date video twice doesn't prove that there are many people with the same problem.

I'll upload a video of some game that I recorded in January with the 1.6 Patch installed (I was able to do this as I have a legit version of the game) so that you can see for yourself if the problem persists. There are some stuttering issues with the game, but these were resolved after I completed a fresh install of Windows 8 on my PC.
