    Fans spinning doesn't necessarily mean enough power is getting to the card. What is your PSU? Can you try out another card?

    Yeah, tried it with corsair ax 760 and hx 1000i so don't think its the psu. My R9 270x works fine. I've tried different pcie slots / mboard combinations so I'm thinking its probably fried...
