Can anyone please recomend me the best deal I could pick up on a graphics card at the moment? I have a £180 budget for this.

R9 380 4GB or GTX 960 4GB depending on whether you have an Adaptive Sync or G-Sync monitor (if neither yet at all then go AMD).
Wait so could you recomend a monitor that would work with the suggested GPU?
Recently seen a R9 290 sold by Amazon Warehouse deals for £170, as it's Amazon you'll get bullet proof warranty for a year.
Also seen brand new Sapphire Vapor-X 280X going for £140.
Personally I'd go for the 2xx series cards than the 3xx series as they seem to be commanding higher price for not much extra performance.
Keep an eye on HUK computers section and religiously view Amazon warehouse deals section IMO.

The R9 285,R9 380 and R9 290 support Freesync.
Woah I have just been looking on the amazon warehouse deals and there is some massive savings in there thank you for linking me to this
I've just got one of these. Seems to offer some decent performance for the money looking at reviews and was recommended by a couple of the guys on here
Definitely look out for a 280x or a 290, seem to be the best cards around right now for price vs performance
(Also just to note the 380 is about equal to the r9 285, the order for that gen goes 280<285<280x<290<290x just to clear that up as it can be confusing as hell)
When in the same boat a few months ago, I decided I didn't like any of the £180 options and went for an R9 285. They are about as fast as a 2GB R9 380 as they are the same chip.
You can still get one for £130 http://www.ebuyer.com/715613-vtx3d-r...-285-2gbd5-dhx
Yes but games like GTA V and newe games are demanding more Vram so I want to future proof
What resolution are you planning to game at?

I think that was part of the trials I went through.
Then the £180 options were all 2GB. Now you can get 4GB versions for the same sort of money, which is better.
But, and it is a biggie, in about a year we can expect to see 16nm chips coming out using HMB2 memory. The potential is there for way higher performance, it all comes down to how long it takes for the cost to settle. For me that makes future proofing pointless, because I don't think you can, even less so than normal.
So 5 years ago I bought a 2GB graphics card, and a few months ago I bought a 2GB graphics card and that lack of progress seemed sort of wrong, but frankly I don't expect it to last more than 18 months tops before it becomes a hand-me-down and I upgrade again.
Looking myself for a decent GPU around £160. See people recommending 960 or 380. Confused so much!!
Or, get one of these:
