    Cool Flaming Blade returns../

    Good afternoon people.. I am looking for assistance with my build.. Intel x58 ich10R, intel core i7 and i7 extreme socket 1366 processor.. I am now looking for 3 channel ddr3 1800 (oc/1600(oc) 1333MHz 12GB max.. and a graphics carddual graphics tech.. this is my first.. and I want it to be bad ass.. cause i'm into flying.. sim flying.. I need 6 sata 2esata, dual gig lan support. sata raid.. anyway.. I seem to be lost in a world of high tech.. lol .. I would appreciate any and all help..I would gladly pay you tuesday.. for a hamburger today.. lol lol

    You'll probably have to buy individual sticks instead of finding a matched kit these days but DDR3 is easy enough to find.

    I'm not sure what you're after on the graphics card front. I take it by 'dual graphics' you mean Crossfire/SLI? Not all flight sims will support that to make sure the ones you play do.

    Well thank-you so very much..I appreciate your help, I really do.. The memory sticks?? do they need to be specifically designed for my board.?? cause I saw a set of three, only they were for a dell..?? And yes .. Cross fire X..

    Dual gig lan support, are you really trying to connect to two networks? Because generally unless you are a server talking to multiple clients on a LAN you won't get any extra performance over a single port when plugging two ethernet interfaces into a switch.

    6 SATA 2 eSATA, SATA raid? Blimey what are you trying to store on this machine

    A single SSD can outperform a raid array of spinning disks if you need performance.

    Graphics cards? Well that is down to how much money you have and how many monitors you are trying to drive.

    No, system specific memory is just marketing. Any DDR3 of the appropriate sort will work (probably unregistered non-ECC).
