    1050 Ti

I want a 1050Ti. Which manufacturer does the best, fans kicking only when needed and silent? Evga?

Have you considered the RX 470? It's faster and the variable refresh rate monitors for it (freesync) are much cheaper than nVidia G-sync screens.

Nope - that is a fallacy. Have mates using the R9 280,R9 390 and RX480 and driver support is fine. Its an old wives tale which gets bandied about(my last two cards were a GTX660 and a GTX960 since I got better deals on them,so I am not being biased against Nvidia).

Also,AMD ReLive means AMD cards have decent streaming abilities.

The GTX1050TI is one of the worst value cards made in years.

The RX470 destroys it - it can be upto 40 to 50% faster. The RX480 4GB is at least 50% faster overall:

Basically if you want to spend less get a RX460 or a GTX1050 for not more than £100ish.
