SMTP server does not support TLS

    Hi,

I want to send email through smtp.123-reg.co.uk from Gmail but the server does not support TLS which is a Gmail requirement. This is to avoid recipients seeing "Email sent on behalf of" in the header of my emails.

Is the only solution to migrate my domain name to a provider whose server does support TLS? If so, any recommendations?

    Many thanks,

    Leon

Re: SMTP server does not support TLS

I'm disappointed that nobody replied but wanted to share my solution for the benefit of the community:

I signed up to AuthSMTP, it allowed me to remain with 123-reg and my email is now sent through their SMTP server which means 'sent on behalf of' is no longer displayed.
