Windows 7 - Move System Reserved partition

A while ago, I reinstalled my OS onto a new hard drive. However, the 100MB System Reserved partition is still on the old HDD. I would like to take the old HDD out and use it for something else, but I need the System Reserved partition to boot.

Is there any way I can move it off the 500GB HDD onto the 1TB HDD without having to reinstall Windows again?

I know, I was stupid and really should have just unplugged the old HDD when I was installing Windows in the first place...
