Windows 7 Firewall Query - Can Anyone Tell Me If This Is Possible Please??

Hi guys - can't find the answer to my problem on the net so just thought I'd ask in here in case someone knows if this can be done!

I want to configure the Windows 7 Firewall to block all Outbound connections from ALL .exe files belonging to programs that are installed on a specific drive.

Rather than configure a new outbound rule for every single .exe file I have on a specific drive (which would take hours) is there any way to just block ALL .exe files that are stored on say drive D:\ only for example?

Please let me know if you have any ideas!

    Many thanks

    Have you tried:
    http://www.trishtech.com/win7/block_...s_firewall.php

But selecting 'all programs' in step 6?
