Browser help required

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, hopefully someone will move it if I've got in the wrong place.

I am looking for jobs at the moment, there are a few companies I really want to work for and they publish jobs on their own websites, they don't use third party recruitment sites.

What I want to know is, is there a way for me to set my browser to monitor their job pages and then report when those pages have been updated, so I don't need to check those pages manually?

I used Changedetection.com recently when I was waiting for an OOS item on a shopping web site to come back in stock.

Thanks patxi, I've bookmarked that. It looks like spamming their HR department has paid off and the company have called me in for an interview!
